Installation project with drip bags, IV tubes and light boxes, Spring 2010, Size Variable.
Drip bags filled with various mixtures of solvents and oil pigments.
Solvents: mineral oil, alcohol, hydrogen peroxide and tarpanoid.
Oils: linseed and vegetable.
Dry Color Oil Pigments: Burnt Sienna, Ultramarine Blue, Cadmium Red Medium
Various IV drip tubes connected to the drip bags.
Light boxes: variable size
Material: wood, glass, silicone caulk and halogen lamps.
Kodak slide projector with a slide tray of:
16 Eroded kodachrome slides found in the attic of my parents’ home in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
30 Glass slides, painted with oil pigments.
